How To Use This App

Getting Started

Scan the QR code or tap the NFC tag to open this app. No login required — the spinner is ready to go immediately.

Spinning

Swipe up or down on the wheel to spin it. The faster you swipe, the faster it spins. When it stops, the result is displayed full-screen with the move rule for that spin.

Taking Your Turn

Read the result aloud, make your move on the board, then tap NEXT PLAYER to return to the wheel for the next player's turn.

Sound

Tap the 🔊 button in the top-right corner to toggle spin sounds on or off.

Rules & Setup

Playing The Game

It's the classic game of Sorry with a GIANT twist! Each player gets 3 GIANT pawns to move around the GIANT gameboard. Players need to spin a 1 or a 2 to get a pawn out of the starting area, and then challenge opponents in this classic game of sweet revenge! It's an unpredictable game of strategy and luck as players race, slide, and score. Be the first player to get all 3 pawns to home base to win!

Setup:

  • Find an area large enough (6 feet x 6 feet) and lay out the game board.
  • Players should choose which color they want to play as and place that color's pawns in the matching color start positions.

Lets Play:

The youngest player spins first. They may then move any one of their pawns according to the rules on the spinner. Play then moves clockwise to the next player.

  • Players must spin a 1, 2, or Sorry! to get a pawn out of their start area.
  • Pawns that have reached home can no longer move and are out of the game.
  • Be the first to move all 3 pawns to your home base to win!
  • If you land on a spot already occupied by another player, send them back to their starting position (Sorry!).
  • If you land on a slider that is a different color than your own, you slide to the end.
    • You can't slide on your own color.
    • If another player is on the slider path when you slide through, send them back to their starting position (Sorry again!).
  • If you land on one of the stars in the center of the board, slide to the next star in a clockwise position.

To Win:

Take turns moving your GIANT game pieces along the board. Be the first player to get all three of your pawns home to win!
